This rug as shown contains 10 colours. This rug can typically be customized with different materials to suit price point and use. Colours can also be adjusted in many cases. It is important to note that not all rugs can be customized in this way but we will work with you to optimize the rug to your needs.

Since the majority of our orders are custom, we do not offer any refunds. Returns will be at the our discretion and will be only if there is a defect in materials or workmanship.

Shipping is typically by one of the major carriers; UPS, Fedex or DHL but local deliveries may vary.
